Foreign rights sales, audio book rights sales, film and TV rights sales, and other subsidiary rights sales can be an excellent source of revenue, but also a great marketing tool.
In this program we will focus on how to set up and maintain an efficient and profitable subsidiary rights program (including tips about participating in international book fairs, using subagents, mailing overseas, and using online resources). We will also devote some time to digital rights, what they are, who are the players, and how to go about setting up good digital content distribution channels. There will be plenty of time for Q&A.
